I am an organizational consultant with more than 10 years of experience working with nonprofits and public-sector organizations. Much of my career has been spent helping organizations operate through periods of crisis and institutional strain.
I served as Vice Principal and Registrar at a charter school during the COVID-19 pandemic. I later managed felony appointments and attorney scheduling for Oregon's largest public defense provider during the start of the statewide public defender shortage — a time when we were having to decide which felony cases would receive counsel.
I now run Ironflower out of Santa Rosa, working with small and medium sized nonprofits and businesses.
